At PCS we guarantee : That your pet will be collected and delivered to the crematorium individually, by a member of our dedicated team. That collection will occur within 5 hours of us receiving your call, where required. That you pet will be cremated INDIVIDUALLY and not communally. That your pet's ashes will be returned to you, in your choice of casket or urn, within 72 hours.
